Responsibilities

• Design innovative software solutions to open-ended problems.
• Build a robust data mining and streaming process to enrich our databases.
• Design and build the data pipeline and tools to support the backbone of the frontend and backend.
• Integration with third-party applications.
• Contribute to the optimization of our existing processes
• Work closely with the CTO and the development team to implement and create new features and designs
• Own a part of our product and oversee every technical aspect of its development
• Be part of the creative process and bring in new ideas

Requirements and skills

• BA in Computer Science or comparable education
• Proven experience (2+ years) in full stack development including
  microservice architecture, cloud solutions, C# and Python, Databases: SQL, MongoDB.
• Familiar with building complex products in MVC ASP.NET
• Experience with JavaScript, React, HTML5 and CSS
• Experience in modern Cloud Technologies like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform  
• Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment pipelines, modern software release practices.
• A feeling for good design, animation and UX.
• Knowledge of. or experience with AI based programming.
• Good knowledge in distributed version control systems like Git.
• You are a quick learner and flexible in using new and different frameworks.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup culture: hands-on, passionate, persistent – you get things done, you are a doer and a self-learner.

• Develop new AI opportunities that support the business ambitions
• Improve the performance of our machine learning models using statistical techniques.
• Review and evaluate the performance of the data gathering team and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep up to date on relevant technologies and frameworks, identify trends and propose new methods that the team could benefit from.

Requirements and skills

• University degree education (MSc, MEng or PhD) in Mathematics/Statistics, Informatics/Telematics, Computer Sciences and/or Photogrammetry.
• Strong proficiency in Python (optional: R, Scala, Julia or comparable) and experience in scalable processing environments like Spark or Dask preferable.
• Proven experience in applying data science methods in professional use cases.
• Familiarity with python and canonical data science libraries (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn)
• Experience in one or more of the following: data cleaning, feature engineering,  data visualisation, metric selection and requirements extraction.
• Ability to manage a complex technical project involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a highly dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Own the process from pilot to production with clients.
• Manage a team comprised of-  key account managers, customer operations and subcontractors
• Ensure satisfaction across the customer hierarchy, from Branch Managers to daily users of the product.
• Design and re-engineer specific customers’ business processes to enable their adoption of products.
• Own the post-sale relationship of Spinframe’s clients which includes implementation, on-boarding, training, driving platform adoption, periodic business reviews, and renewals.
• Actively identify opportunities for cross-selling or increasing penetration, in coordination with the Business Development, Product & Research teams as needed
• Become an expert at – and evangelist for – Spinframe technologies and the capabilities of automatic inspection and its other product.
• Feed customer and market insights back to the rest of the company, to help design the next generation of inspection products for us to build.

Requirements and skills

• BA. 
• Extensive experience as Customer Success/Relationship or Account Management role at enterprise tech businesses. (3+ years experience)
• Languages=  Bilingual with English at native tongue level. Additional languages an advantage
• Experienced with data science products, automotive,  insurance or other slow-moving industry – advantage.
